Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Sr. TPM for its Fulfillment Technology Team with work locations available in Bellevue, WA. In this role you will be a key leader on the technology team that researches, develops, tests, and deploys scalable advanced industrial automation and robotic systems to support the growth of Chewy’s fulfillment operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for fulfillment technology
- Manage complex industrial automation and robotic system development programs
- Coordinate with business and technology leaders to gather and document system requirements
- Plan and manage project schedules
- Identify and mitigate hardware and software development/integration risks
- Facilitate system design reviews
- Plan and manage system testing and field deployments
- Manage relationships with third party vendors supporting development programs
- Produce and publish routine program reports
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or related field) or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of mechanical, industrial automation, or robotic system engineering experience
- 5+ years of product or program management experience
- Experience with industry standard software and hardware development methodologies
- Excellent organization, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to perform business requirements analysis
- Ability to identify and mitigate program risks related to hardware and software systems
- Ability to travel as needed
Bonus (if applicable):
- Master's Degree (Engineering, Business, or related field)
- Experience analyzing large data sets and developing automated system performance reports
- Experience with programming languages including Java, Python, and MySQL
- Experience with industry standard FMEA processes
