Responsibilities: - Build and manage a small team of system software engineers working on recommendation system; - Provide technical leadership to drive all phases of customer service system architecture iteration; - Work with TikTok cross-functional teams on delivering key results; - Provide team guidance, regular feedback, education, coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related technical fields. - 5+ years of coding experience with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java, C/C++, Go, Python). - Demonstrated knowledge of Redis/MySQL/Elasticsearch/Druid/Spark Streaming. - Experience working on distributed cloud services. - Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance. - Experience working in customer service/ops systems is preferred. - Good understanding of large scale backend service design is preferred.
