We are looking for an Engineering Manager(f/m/d) to join our FinTech tribe and build worldwide innovative Wallet, Payment and Anti-Fraud solutions with us. Your mission:
Join the FinTech tribe and build worldwide innovative Wallet, Payment and Anti-Fraud solutions with strong focus on quality and scalability.
Design and implement cutting-edge applications which will transform the delivery industry.
Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve.
Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables within autonomous teams.
Take part in architectural decision making.
Understanding development lifecycle and working closely in cross functional and international team.
Be an active partner for Product management in order to provide the best value for stakeholders and our customers.

Work closely with business and product teams, communicate solutions with non-technical stakeholders and solve challenges.
Facilitate technical discussions and drive your team to the right direction while building scalable and reliable applications.

Excellent knowledge and hands-on programming experience in developing in API first JVM based applications (Java & Kotlin) with SQL datastore.
Solid computer science fundamentals in data structures & algorithms.
Ability to strive for clean, tested and well-documented code across your team.
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment on cross-functional teams.
Proficient english communication skills.
Excited to learn & try out new things.
Nice to have:
You have a past experience in leading a development team.
Professional working experience in fast-paced environments / startups.
Experience in FinTech, Banking Wallet or Payment industry is a plus.
- Experience in running & maintaining a (micro-)service environment with decoupled services, SQL databases and API communication under high load with large data sets.
- Familiar with AWS, DevOps practices, immutable infrastructure and Kubernetes.
