About the team


Our Salesforce Administration team is responsible for managing LIQID’s Salesforce instance. Where other companies rely on Salesforce as a mere CRM tool, we leverage its full capabilities as the core system for our Marketing, Sales, Operations and Service processes. As a result, the work of our Salesforce Administration team includes innovative process development, feature design and 3rd party integrations as much as typical administration tasks.


Its mission is to create a streamlined and scalable platform that supports our rapid growth. In pursuit of this mission, the team is as focused on implementing requests from platform users as it is on shaping our development roadmap. It holds itself accountable for the design and implementation of clear, intuitive and failure-proof processes. As a member of the Salesforce Administration team, you get to work closely with teams across LIQID – in particular Investment Solutions, Operations, Client Success, Marketing and Salesforce Engineering – as well as with key external partners such as the Salesforce Customer Success Group.

As part of a team of experienced experts and liaising with the Salesforce Customer Success Group, you get to work on a fully-fledged Salesforce instance employed as the central operating system of a rapidly growing, agile scale-up. From day one, your ideas and initiatives will find their way into an innovative implementation using the very latest Salesforce technologies, including a client-facing Community and the Mobile Publisher.


About the role


As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a central role in our system infrastructure and ensure that our Salesforce instance is continuously improved, caters to the needs of all key stakeholders and fully supports our process automation. You will work closely with experienced Salesforce Administrators, Architects and Developers to maximize the business impact of the platform.


What are some of your focus areas?


1. Managing and adjusting our system
You are responsible - together with our application owner - for management and all operational adjustments of our system while being aware of the importance of adequate documentation and thereby focusing on the sustainability of your work results.


2. Implementing new requirements
You are in a constant exchange with our internal users and our Technology team in order to record, prioritise and implement new requirements. You always keep an eye on the big picture and are able to manage conflicting requirements.


3. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
You identify potentials for process improvement and automation - you challenge the status quo and take responsibility until the implementation is completed.


About you


What background are we looking for?


You have at least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Manager / Administrator in a challenging work environment - e.g. in a dynamic start-up or in consulting.


What skills and qualifications are we looking for?


You enjoy taking responsibility in an exciting market environment with high growth potential. You have shown in your previous positions that you are able to implement demanding tasks in a reasonable time and with the desired result. You enjoy stakeholder management and the structuring and prioritisation of various work packages. Ideally, you have already worked with Salesforce components, such as Salesforce Communities, Visual Flows or similar. You are able to independently manage small to medium-sized projects or implementations. In all your tasks, you are able to intuitively decide when the fast, pragmatic way is preferable to the large, complex solution. You have very good English skills.
